Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Events Assistant to join our dynamic team in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will support the planning, organization, and execution of our academy’s events, including workshops, conferences, and community programs. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating all aspects of event logistics, from planning to post-event follow-up.
Manage event materials, registrations, schedules, and venue arrangements.
Collaborate with internal departments to align event goals with organizational objectives.
Support on-site operations, ensuring that every detail meets quality standards.
Maintain clear communication with vendors, partners, and attendees.
Provide administrative and creative support to the Events Manager and leadership team.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
High level of professionalism, adaptability, and problem-solving capability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic event coordination tools.
