Job Description

**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Operate heavy equipment including loaders, haul trucks, and excavators safely and efficiently
+ Monitor plant operations and perform routine inspections to ensure optimal performance
+ Perform basic maintenance and assist with repairs on equipment and machinery
+ Maintain clean and organized work areas, adhering to safety and environmental standards
+ Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate daily tasks
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Demonstrated ability to safely operate and maintain heavy equipment
+ Strong awareness of safety protocols and commitment to safe work practices
+ Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
+ Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs
+ Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
**Conditions of Employment**
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
**Work Environment**
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
