About the Role
We are seeking driven and motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Sales Representatives . This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity with 100% commission-based pay and uncapped income potential . You’ll receive full training, mentorship, and support to help you succeed—no prior experience required.
Contact prospective clients who have requested information
Conduct virtual consultations to assess client needs and recommend solutions
Guide clients through the application and enrollment process
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activity
Participate in ongoing sales training and skill development
Build long-term relationships with clients and contribute to team success
Strong communication and people skills
Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based income
Organized with excellent time management and follow-through
Comfortable using phone, email, and virtual meeting tools
No prior sales experience required—training provided
