Responsibilities:
The Role:We’re hiring an Employment Attorney with 2+ years of experience litigating California employment law (plaintiff or defense side). You’ll handle everything from strategic counsel to courtroom advocacy—backed by a dedicated team so you can focus on results, not admin.Our expectation: High-quality work, not endless hours. Full-time attorneys meet a target of 1,450 billed and collected hours annually with a reasonable caseload of meaningful work. Origination is not required, but is rewarded.

• An active CA Bar member in good standing
• Skilled in state employment law and litigation (federal experience a plus)
