Your Role: Digital Marketing Coordinator

As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you'll lead the charge in optimizing digital touchpoints-from our website and mobile app to email marketing and digital advertising campaigns . You'll be the bridge between technology and communication, ensuring every member interaction is smooth, personalized, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update website and mobile app content using CMS platforms
  • Improve site functionality and user experience to maximize engagement
  • Plan, launch, and analyze digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, Google Ads, and automated workflows
  • Track, analyze, and report KPIs using Google Analytics, heatmaps, and performance dashboards
  • Drive search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to increase organic and paid traffic
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to roll out new features and troubleshoot digital issues
  • Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, tools, and technologies in fintech and marketing
  • Ensure brand consistency, accessibility, and regulatory compliance across all digital channels

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Computer Science, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, content management, or website optimization
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, CMS systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal), and email automation platforms
  • Strong knowledge of UX principles, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and digital content strategy
  • Excellent project management and multitasking skills
  • A creative mindset with a passion for problem-solving, storytelling, and data-driven strategy
