The Data Entry Clerk plays an important role in supporting agency operations by entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data across internal systems. This role helps ensure that information is organized, accessible, and reliable for teams across the agency.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data into internal databases, spreadsheets, and systems with precision
Verify accuracy and completeness of information before entry
Organize and maintain electronic records and filing systems
Identify and correct errors or discrepancies in data
Assist with regular data quality checks and clean-up activities
Support administrative and operations teams as needed
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Qualifications:
Previous experience in data entry, office support, or a related role
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Proficiency with standard office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
