Your Mission Will Be To
The main tasks will be answering phone calls and handling customer emails.
We sell on 8 different marketplaces, and just about all of them have different return rules and regulations for communication.
It is imperative that the customer service agent takes accurate notes on the customer's profile when any communication has been made as well as shows strong attention to detail skills.
