A CRNA (certified registered nurse anesthetist) is a registered nurse who has specialized training in anesthesia. They can administer anesthesia for procedures and surgeries. They can work alone or with a team of healthcare providers.

Our client's state-of-the-art outpatient care center, opened in February 2023, offers a collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional patient experiences. This new facility is looking to hire twelve CRNAs!

Job Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments.
Obtain and verify patient consent for procedures
Discuss anesthetic options and associated risks with patients
Administer and manage anesthesia during induction, maintenance, and emergence phases
Monitor patient physiological conditions throughout procedures
Perform clinical interventions as needed
Case mix includes EGD, colonoscopies, ERCP, and EUS procedures. Additional types of cases are available at sister locations.

Qualifications

Current license as a registered professional nurse
Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program
Certification or recertification by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
Professional Experience as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
