Location: Projects across Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, and the Inland Empire

Pay: $23–$25 per hour (DOE)

A well-established and reputable industrial and commercial construction company is seeking a Concrete Carpenter to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for people looking for consistent, long-term work on high-profile projects throughout LA, OC, SD, and the Inland Empire. We are looking for a motivated professional with hands-on experience in all phases of concrete construction who can hit the ground running.

Responsibilities:

• Perform form setting, rebar installation, grading, and layout for concrete structures.
• Execute high-quality concrete finishing and construction in accordance with industry standards.
• Work in civil, commercial, and industrial environments, adapting to project-specific requirements.
• Safely operate and maintain impact tools, hydraulic tools, and other construction equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings.
• Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and crew members to ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized jobsite.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of construction/concrete experience (civil, commercial, or industrial preferred).
• Demonstrated skills in demolition, grading, finishing, and framing.
• 2+ years of concrete finishing experience (preferred).
• Ability to work with a wide range of tools and equipment, including impact and hydraulic tools.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to start work immediately.
