Position: Communications Coordinator Location: Rochester, NY Schedule: Weekends Off Salary: $650 - $870 per week Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Communications Coordinator to join our team. In this vital role, you will help shape and convey our brand's messaging across various platforms while enabling effective communication within our organization and to external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a keen understanding of digital communication strategies, and the ability to collaborate closely with diverse teams. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement communication strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Create and manage content for social media platforms, including scheduling and monitoring engagement.
• Draft and edit internal and external communications, such as press releases, newsletters, and reports.
• Coordinate publicity efforts, including media outreach and event promotion initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure communication consistency across all channels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in communications or a similar role.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with a proven track record of creating engaging content.
• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
