Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and messaging platforms promptly. Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies. Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving concerns. Maintain a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused tone at all times. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Keep records of customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
