Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective anesthesia care in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Independently manage a wide range of cases, excluding cardiac and obstetrics.
• Perform regional blocks and other advanced procedures as appropriate.
• Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and clinical staff in a 1:3 model.
• Maintain compliance with documentation, safety standards, and quality initiatives.
• Participate in ongoing learning and quality improvement efforts.
• Rotate through shifts with flexible start/end times (8, 10, or 12 hours) – no overnight shifts.
• Cover approximately one weekend every five weeks and one evening shift stretch every six weeks.

What We’re Looking For

• Current CRNA certification and Arizona licensure (or eligibility).
• Strong clinical judgment with comfort managing diverse case types.
• Skilled in or willing to learn regional anesthesia techniques.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and committed to patient-centered care.
• Open to CRNAs at all career stages – from newly certified to seasoned professionals.

Location and Work Arrangements

• Location: Flagstaff or Verde Valley/Sedona area, Northern Arizona.
• Setting: Hospital and ambulatory surgical centers.
• Schedule: Full-time, salaried; 3–5 shifts/week averaging 40 hours.
• Flexibility: Ample time-off opportunities with PTO or creative shift grouping.
