Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science or related major from top institutions, master's degree is a plus.
- Deep understanding of Object-Oriented design and development
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- 3+ years of experience with C++ programming
- Experienced in Development tools: Visual Studio, GitHub.
- Experienced in Development Platforms: Microsoft Windows
- Familiarity with Databases
- Able to work well within the constructs of an agile development process, including SCRUM, Unit Testing, Continuous Build, and Integration, etc.
- Willing to learn new technologies, capable of self-directed learning.
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently and independently manage time
- Works well in a fast-paced team environment; able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

- Strong experience with C++ 11
- Experience with C#
- Proficient with Git, Object Oriented Programming, SOLID Principles, Architecture, Agile Software Development, JSON, XML, Visual Studio, .NET Core and Framework
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality software
- Strong problem-solving, analytical & algorithmic mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with PostGreSQL
- Familiarity with the uses of AI powered programming pair tools
- Familiarity with Parquet file format
Day-to-Day: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced C++ Developer to join our team with a strong background in back-end development. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Help evolve a massive and complex C++ application to meet our customer needs.
- Work with SQA and DevOps Engineers to improve code quality and automation efforts
- Use Git for version control and collaborate with other developers on the team
- Expand Unit test coverage for new and existing code bases
- Implement using object-oriented programming and SOLID principles
- Adhere to Agile software development methodologies
- Work with JSON and XML data formats
- Use Visual Studio as the primary development environment
