Public Companies & Capital Markets Associate | 2–4 Years | National Platform |  NYC Why This Role Matters Join an AmLaw 100 client whose Capital Markets and Public Companies practice is nationally ranked for its issuer-side equity work—Band 2 in Chambers USA 2025 for Equity: Issuer Counsel . You’ll be embedded in a team with a proven track record advising on high-demand IPOs, debt and equity offerings, PIPEs, and at-the-market transactions. Your Role, Your Impact Advise issuers and underwriters on capital markets deals, including IPOs, equity/debt offerings, PIPEs, and at-the-market programs. Provide full-spectrum SEC and governance counsel, including SEC reporting, disclosure, and Nasdaq/NYSE compliance. Expect real responsibility from day one.
