You’ll be embedded in a team with a proven track record advising on high-demand IPOs, debt and equity offerings, PIPEs, and at-the-market transactions.
Your Role, Your Impact
Advise issuers and underwriters on capital markets deals, including IPOs, equity/debt offerings, PIPEs, and at-the-market programs. Provide full-spectrum SEC and governance counsel, including SEC reporting, disclosure, and Nasdaq/NYSE compliance. Expect real responsibility from day one.
What You Should Bring
~2–4 years of capital markets or public companies experience at a law firm
~ Track record representing issuers or investment banks in equity/debt financings
~ Deep familiarity with SEC rules, disclosure obligations, and exchange standards
~ High academic standing and polished communication abilities
