1-1 School Nurse – Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Full and Part Time Positions | Issaquah, WA | 2025–2026 School Year, Starting ASAP

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a dedicated and compassionate  Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)to serve as a  School Nurse for the 2025–2026 school year in  Issaquah, Washington . There are two positions available (part-time and full-time options) serving students 1-1 with health needs. Job Highlights:

• Location: Issaquah, WA
• School Nurse (RN or LPN) : 2 positions available.
• Position 1) 1-1 support for male student in middle school with g tube, airway suctioning needs (full time hours M-F; 4-5 days per week)
• Position 2) 1-1 support for male student in elementary with Wheelchair, no movement in any extremities, nonverbal, trach, J and G tube dependent (part time hours M-F)
• Setting: School Setting
• Start Date: ASAP for the 25-26 school year
• In-person only

Qualifications:

• Valid Washington State RN license or LPN license through DOH - Compact Licenses are also acceptable 
• G-tube, suctioning, J tube, trach experience a huge plus
• Pediatric experience
• Fingerprinting and background check required prior to start
• Previous experience in school nursing, pediatrics, or public health preferred
